Day 1: Tarangire National Park- Game drive

Today our safari Adventure begins! Pick up from your hotel and drive for 2 hours to Tarangire National

Park. The park is well known for its large elephant herds and abundance of Ancient Baobab trees (the

largest trees in the continent). From the open roof of the vehicle we will experience the seasonal

swamps, savanna and Tarangire River which is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to

giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs and elephants. The picnic site has a

spectacular view that we will take time enjoy. After lunch, we proceed with our game drive and later

retire to our booked accommodation.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park- afternoon game drive

We check out after breakfast and depart for Serengeti. A long and bumpy road will take us through a

fascinating scenery en-route as we drive up the crater highlands towards the vast plains of Serengeti.

We arrive in time for lunch and later enjoy an evening game drive.

Day 3: Morning game drive- Evening game drive

Today we will spend the whole day in the park. We head out and start to explore at sunrise, we will

have a full day game drive exploring the beautiful scenery of Serengeti, searching for the big 5.

There is indeed alot more to Serengeti than large mammals, more than 500 bird species recorded,

ranging from the oversized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland to the black

eagles that soar effortlessly above the savannah grassland. After our lunch break we set out once

more in the luscious savannahs in search of more that Serengeti has to offer.

Day 4: Game drive- Ngorongoro crater

Today we will wake up very early in the morning (around 6 am) for a sunrise game drive and to search

for wildlife when it’s most active. Return to the lodge and check out after lunch to proceed to

Ngorongoro crater to check into our booked accommodation for the night.

Day 5: Game drive- Transfer to Arusha (evening flight to Nairobi)

Today we will have an early breakfast and descend to the crater immediately. This stunning place will

offer you with almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino

and if we are lucky we might spot one. After lunch, we check out of the lodge and continue to

Kilimanjaro for our flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival into Nairobi, we will be picked up by one of our

representative to transfer you to your booked accommodation in Nairobi.

Day 6: Transfer to Masai Mara

After breakfast we set out to Masai Mara. Upon arrival, we check into our booked safari lodge and have

lunch and wrap the day up in an afternoon game drive till late.

Day 7-8: Explore Masai Mara full day (morning and evening game drive)

We awake to the crisp smell of the wild Mara air and the delightful glee of birds that are indeed proof of

the beauty and the uniqueness of the Masai Mara. After a refreshing cup of coffee, we set out to

explore the exquisite home of Big Cats. The most breathtaking moment of all is a glimpse of the warm

African sun welcoming us with a sweet caress into wild territory and evoking all kind of emotion as

wildlife arises before our very eyes in a dramatic picturesque bubble that will leave lingering memories

to tell for a life time.

Day 9: Mara to Entebbe

After breakfast, we check out of the safari lodge and set out to the airstrip to catch our flight to Entebbe

International airport. Upon arrival, we will check into our accommodation and choose to relax or do an

activity of your choice (there is an option of connecting straight with a flight to Bwindi or drive to Bwindi

the next day)

Day 10: Into the impenetrable forest

You will be picked up by your safari guide/driver to begin your journey to Bwindi impenetrable national

park with a brief stop at Uganda Equator en-route for a cup of coffee and a chance to look through the

many craft markets for a few souvenirs or gifts for friends and family. This is followed by yet another

stop for lunch. Continue to Bwindi impenetrable where you will check into your booked

accommodation.

Day 11: Gorilla tracking – Lake Bunyonyi

After briefing, we venture into the home of the Gentle Giants. It’s quite a task trying to navigate the

rather uphill trails but once we are ushered in to the presence, we immediately forget the load on our

knees as we are caught in a timeless gaze of these massive and impressive Apes go about their day

grooming, nurturing, feeding and some juveniles perhaps playing up the trees all around us. We will get

a full hour to enjoy this moment and descend back down where we will be welcomed back with

certificates to remind us of this moment. We check out of the safari lodge and continue to Lake

Bunyonyi for an evening of relaxation.

Day 12: Return to Entebbe/ Kampala

Check out of the safari lodge after breakfast and exit Bwindi impenetrable to begin your journey to

Kampala with lunch en-route. As we cross the equator into the northern hemisphere, you feel the

distance of the impenetrable forest but the memory lingers close accompanying you as you journey

ohomeward.
