Day 1: Arrival

We arrive at Entebbe international and we will be greeted and welcomed by a Lasendle Afrika 

representative to transfer us to our booked accommodation in Kampala

Day 1: Sipi Falls

Our Journey sets off in the East of Uganda to explore the iconic Sipi Falls, a series of three

falls that are cascading from the slopes of Mount Elgon. From our evening of sun downer,

we will retire to our lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 2: Transfer to Moroto through Pian Upe

An early breakfast prepares us for the sunrise lead to Pain Upe for our adventurous walk

through the luscious savannahs with a perfect back drop of majestic mountains. After

lunch we embark on our journey to Moroto, a land inhabited by the fascinating

Karamajong culture.

Day 3: North to Africa’s true wilderness

After breakfast, we check out of our lodge and embark on a drive to the northernmost

corner of Uganda bordering South-Sudan and Kenya. We will pass through contrasts of

mountainous back drops, savannah and acacia tress in the reserve of Matheniko before

we set sight of the pristine expanse wilderness of Kidepo.

Day 4-5: Game viewing on different Game trucks

Our game drive starts early to ensure an encounter with the wildlife before it returns to its

hide out from the heat of the sun as the day progresses. We return to the lodge for lunch and

some rest before we return to the off beaten trucks for more game viewing.

Day 6: Journey to the world’s most powerful waterfalls

After breakfast, we bid Kidepo valley goodbye and set course Northwest to Murchison

Falls National Park. Upon arrival, we will check into our booked accommodation and

later enjoy an evening game drive.

Day 7: Murchison wildlife and waterfalls

Before dawn breaks, we arise to try and increase our chances of getting more action from the

Big Cats as they are more active at this time of day. We search through the untamed

savannahs grasslands for surprises that nature may present us for the morning. We return to

the lodge for warm lunch and spend the rest of the evening cruising on the Nile waters as we

look out for aquatic life like hippos, Nile Crocodiles etc.|

Day 8: Onwards to Kibale forest – Semuliki Hot Glaciers

From northwest we begin our journey Southwest to Kibale National Park but before we

check into our booked accommodation, we will head on over to Semuliki to explore the

Sempaya hot Glaciers, listen to the interesting stories and traditional beliefs in relation

to the formation. From our adventure we continue to the lodge and check in for dinner.

Day 9: Chimp Tales and Bigodi swamp

Breakfast is followed by a briefing at the Kibale National Park headquarters in

preparation for today’s chimpanzee tracking. The briefing will permit us entry into the

home of our closest animal relatives. We will get some time to enjoy their presence

hearing them communicate to each other, we may even see them frolicking up in the

trees above us or simply just on the ground going on about their day and watching us

intently as first time visitors in their home. From this thrill, we emerge from the dense

Kibale forest and return to the lodge for lunch. We end our day on the paths of Bigodi

that bring us close to other primate species, cultural experiences and culinary

experiences as well.

​Day 10: The Mountains of the Moon Experience

With packed lunches, we set off early in the day to begin the journey to the Mountains

of the Moon. Rwenzori Mountains is Africa’s third highest Mountain. A nature walk in

the majestic mountains will bring us to experience the breathtaking flora and fauna that

can only be found on this ever snow -capped mountain. We will return from the thrill of

our adventure to the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains

Day 11: The Medley of wonders

After breakfast, we will check out of our accommodation and journey on to the Medley of

wonders. Upon arrival, we will just dive into a thrilling game drive. Set out to the lodge

and check in for lunch. Our day will come to an end in an encounter with the aquatic

wildlife of Queen as we sail the Kazinga channel that is endowed with some incredible

bird species.

Day 12: Morning game drive- Crater Lakes

We will be awakened to the sights and sounds of the Medley of Wonders. On a truly

good day Queen Elizabeth presents some of the most amazing game viewing

opportunities and hopefully we will get the very best from nature this morning. After

lunch we will explore the breathtaking scenic crater lakes as we enjoy the beautiful

sunset kissing the still waters.

Day 13: Scenic drive to Kisoro through Ishasha

Today we drive through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth for a chance to of

viewing the Tree climbing Lions that normally climb because of the long savannah

grassland that doesn’t allow them to see their prey afar off. Hopefully we get lucky

to spot a few of them before we continue to the impenetrable Bwindi Forest to

check into our booked accommodation.

Day 14: The encounter with the Mountain Gorillas

You wake up to the crisp refreshing wild scent of the Bwindi forest and a

rejuvenating breakfast that will ready us for the rather steep trails to the home of

the Gentle Giants. After briefing we enter into a magical world of the big Apes that

will engulf us in a timeless bubble of complete intrigue. For some people, it gets so

hard to leave once the one hour of interacting with these beautiful creatures

elapses, they are simply captivating! Still lost in a dream we will just be blown away

by a landscape sun kissed in a picturesque scene.

Day 15: Where silver meets gold

Our adventure to meet the Golden monkeys will begin quite early in the wee hours

of the morning. After briefing we set out into the fairytale of the mufumbira ranges

for an encounter with the fascinating Golden Monkeys. We return to check out of

the lodge and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda’s second deepest Lake whose

iconic scenery is said to have featured in Marvels film, Black Panther. We will wrap

up the day in a relaxing boat cruise on the Lake.

Day 16: Journey to Uganda’s smallest savannah park

Upon arrival into Lake Mburo national park, we will check into our booked

accommodation for lunch. Our afternoon will be relaxed lazy one to just enjoy the

lodge perhaps take a swim as we prepare for a night game drive. A drive in the

night is such a thrilling experience of such amazing discoveries of Wild night life.

Day 17: Morning horse ride – Transfer to Entebbe

We shall awake to an adventure with horses through the wild game tracks of Lake Mburo.

After breakfast, we check out and transfer to the Uganda Equator to enjoy some shopping

time before continuing with our journey to Entebbe.
